Amazing place with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents, and they are always friendly, especially at the bar. I recommend using the travel agency in the hotel. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The hotel has good and perfect location so close to other areas within the city, the falls early around 8:00 AM, and buses for Iguazu Falls and airport.

Actually everything was lovely, my next choice again in Foz do Iguacu. The location was comfortable and decent, close to many restaurants, the falls early around 8:00 AM and downtown and a mall, in a good area. Moreover, it was 3 km from a modern mosque...

Stayed for 3 nights in a so-called "Beautiful" room, and was underwhelmed by the spartan, worn furnishings. The A/C barely worked, and shockingly, no one bothered to mention my early check-in request. I expected at least a complimentary drink for my trouble but clearly, I was just another guest to them. Absolutely disgraceful!

The hotel's outdoor swimming pool was enjoyable for relaxation.
My experience was marred by the cleanliness issues of the room, as I found hair on the floor upon check-in. The A/C was noisy and ineffective, made for a restless night. On top of that, the breakfast was disappointing, with unappetizing eggs and limited options.

Formal and reasonably clean hotel, the staff who served us were very friendly, and it had decent location easy to cab to-and-from the airport. The breakfast was above average for warm options, the food was outstanding.

Had a wonderful time relaxing by the clean pool and enjoying tasty breakfast, especially with a violinist serenading us. The spa offered a fantastic massage, and the steam room was a perfect escape after a long day. One minor hiccup was the limited parking space, but it didn't take away from our experience at all 😊
